Ingredients

  • 200 gr Glutinous Flour Deli Ball
  • 100 gr Rice Flour Deli Ball
  • 100 gr Deli BALL Refined Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Enough water
  • Strawberry paste and pineapple paste
  • Steamed Grated Coconut, glazed

How to make

  • 1. Mix the Deli BALL of Glutinous Flour, Deli BALL of Rice Flour, Deli BALL of Refined Sugar and salt.
  • 2. Pour the water little by little while stirring until smooth. Strain.
  • 3. Divide the dough into 2 parts, add strawberry paste and pineapple paste. Pour into a tin that has been lined with plastic. Steam for 25 minutes / cooked. Remove and cool.
  • 4. Cut according to taste, wrapped with grated coconut and ready to be served.
