1. Strawberry sauce: cut the strawberries into small pieces, mix with sugar then cook until thickened, add lemon juice, mix well. Turn off the heat, set aside.
2. Dissolve powdered gelatin with 50 ml of milk, let stand 10 minutes until fluffy.
3. Cook the remaining liquid milk, whipping cream and sugar while stirring until small bubbles appear on the edge of the pan (not boiling) turn off the heat.
4. Add the gelatin and milk mixture, stir well until the gelatin is dissolved.
5. Pour into the mold, chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours and then top with strawberry sauce.
