Strawberry Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 300 ml Liquid Milk
  • 300 ml Liquid Whipping Cream
  • 15 gr Gelatin Powder (3 Teaspoon)
  • 80 gr granulated sugar

Strawberry Sauce

  • 150 gr Strawberry
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

How to make

  • 1. Strawberry sauce: cut the strawberries into small pieces, mix with sugar then cook until thickened, add lemon juice, mix well. Turn off the heat, set aside.
  • 2. Dissolve powdered gelatin with 50 ml of milk, let stand 10 minutes until fluffy.
  • 3. Cook the remaining liquid milk, whipping cream and sugar while stirring until small bubbles appear on the edge of the pan (not boiling) turn off the heat.
  • 4. Add the gelatin and milk mixture, stir well until the gelatin is dissolved.
  • 5. Pour into the mold, chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours and then top with strawberry sauce.
  • 6. Serve cold.
