Ingredients

  • 5 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Emulsifier
  • 100 gr granulated sugar
  • 100 gr Wheat Flour
  • 10 gr cornstarch
  • 15 gr Milk Powder
  • 100 gr Melted Butter
  • 150 ml Liquid Whipping Cream
  • 50 gr Strawberry Jam

Toppings

  • Grape
  • Orange
  • Strawberry to taste

How to make

  • 1. Beat eggs, sugar, emulsifier until fluffy, white, thick, traces.
  • 2. Enter the flour, cornstarch, milk powder by sifting gradually. Beat on low speed.
  • 3. Enter the melted butter, stir again using a spatula.
  • 4. Pour into a baking sheet that has been smeared with thin margarine and lined with parchment paper.
