Thai Mango Cake

Material A

  • 45gr unsalted butter
  • 40gr liquid milk
  • 45gr sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 65gr blue triangle flour @kreasibogasari
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder

Material B

  • 4 egg whites
  • 65gr sugar

Complementary

  • 1 sweet fragrant mango, cut into pieces
  • 150gr whip cream/butter cream

Method

  • Dough A: Melt butter and sweetened condensed milk, mix well. Add the blue triangle flour @kreasibogasari & vanilla powder while sifting, then mix well with a spatula.
  • After mixing well, add the egg yolks 1 by 1, mix well.
  • Dough B: Mix egg whites until foamy, add sugar gradually, mixer until soft peaks. Turn off the mixer.
  • Mix mixture A into mixture B, mix well with a spatula. Pour into a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine, oven at 160 degrees 30 minutes (adjust to each oven).
  • After it is cooked and not hot, remove the cake from the pan, top with mango slices and butter cream. Serve.
