  • Garam, lada bubuk & gula pasir secukupnya
  • 500 ml Air
  • Perasan air jeruk nipis/lemon (jika suka)

  • 1. Campur kacang tanah halus, bawang putih, cabe keriting, cabe rawit & air, blender hingga bumbu halus merata.
  • 2. Tuang bumbu dlm teflon, tambahkan daun jeruk, masak hingga mendidih, mengental & keluar minyaknya
