  • Fry the pastels in moderately hot oil using medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
  • If you want to make frozen food, just fry it half-cooked.
  • Slice the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant, add the carrots, add a little water, cook until the wartel is tender, then add the vermicelli, scallions, pepper, salt, sugar, mushroom broth, stir until well mixed, taste test when it's right, turn off the stove .

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 3 pieces of corn vermicelli, soaked in hot water
  • 1 carrot, cut into small dice
  • 3 spring onions
  • 8 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • Salt, sugar, mushroom broth to taste
