Legendary Ice Cream Cubes
White Coating Material
- 200 ml whip cream
- 100 ml skim
Chocolate Coating Material
- 200 ml liquid milk uht
- 200 gr butter
- 200 gr biscuit @khongguan_biscuits mashed
Method
- Cook the liquid milk & butter until it boils, add the biscuits. Then shake it with the Hand Mixer @oxoneonline until soft.. add the piping bag
- Whip the whip cream until stiff, add more whipped cream
- Pour into cube / cup, alternately. Then store in the refrigerator over night is better..
