Ingredients

  • 1 pack of noodles
  • 1 egg
  • 100gr wheat flour
  • 35 tapioca flour
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp broth powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 scallion sliced

Coating Material

  • 1 beaten egg
  • Panir flour (optional)

How to make

  • 1. Boil the noodles until cooked. Transfer to a bowl, add the noodle seasoning, crush the noodles into small pieces.
  • 2. Then add the eggs and mix again until smooth. Add the minced garlic and scallions and stir until combined.
  • 3. Add salt, pepper, and powdered broth, stir until well blended.
  • 4. Finally, add the flour and tapioca stir until everything is well mixed.
  • 5. Grease your hands with oil, then put them on a skewer until they are all gone.
  • 6. Boil in boiling water. Boil until it floats and is cooked.
  • 7. Beat 1 egg, add the Sempol noodles, fry in hot oil until browned.
  • 8. If you want to use breadcrumbs, add to the beaten egg, coat with breadcrumbs, fry until browned. Ready to serve with sauce.
