Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 125 coconut sugar (if it's not sweet enough, please add sugar)
  • tsp salt
  • 265 gr dark choco couverture/compound (dcc)
  • 130 gr butter
  • 100 gr black glutinous rice flour
  • 35 gr cocoa powder
  • tsp baking powder
  • Toppings according to taste..

How to make

  • 1. Melt the dcc and butter, set aside
  • 2. Beat eggs, sugar, salt until the sugar is completely dissolved
  • 3. Enter the butter mixture into the egg mixture, stir until smooth (use a spatula or whisk, or a mixer on low plg)
  • 4. Enter the black glutinous rice flour, cocoa powder and baking powder (sifter first), mix well. The dough will feel heavy
  • 5. Pour into a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper, sprinkle with toppings
  • 6. Bake in preheat oven, temperature 180⁰C for 25-30 minutes on top and bottom fire
  • 7. Remove from the oven, then also remove from the pan, let cool. (Cool before cutting)
  • Note: it's even more delicious if you leave it overnight, it's more brown. the sweetness is even more delicious
