Brownie Choco Cookie Pie
Cookie Ingredients
- 150 gr cold butter
- 175 gr low protein flour
- 45 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 150 gr compound chocolate
- 50 gr palm sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Brownie Ingredients
- 125 gr low protein flour
- 150 gr compound chocolate
- 60 gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 90 gr butter/butter, melted
How to make
- A. Cookies
- 1. Put cold butter, powdered sugar, egg yolk in a bowl, mix well using a wooden spoon
- 2. Enter into the dough number 1, powdered sugar, palm sugar, salt, vanilla extract, flour and cocoa powder that have been sifted beforehand, mix well using a wooden spoon
- 3. Finally, add the compound chocolate that has been roughly chopped, stir as needed, don't overmix
- 4. Cover the container with cling wrap, put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (me: 3 hours, the longer the better). set aside
- B. Brownie
- Make this about 15-20 minutes before removing the cookie dough from the fridge
- 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, mix well using a whisk. Just average, don't overmix. set aside
- C. Solution
- 1. Prepare a 15cm diameter round pan. Line baking pepper, spread margarine
- 2. Take the cookie dough, divide the dough into 2,
- 3. Take 1 part of cookie dough, then put it in the tin, press it, flatten it
- 4. Pour the cookie dough with the brownie mixture, smooth it out
- 5. Cover the brownie dough with the remaining cookie dough. Press 2 flatten
- 6. Oven with fire above below, 170°C for about 40 minutes until cooked, adjust each oven
