Butter Cake Old School 3 Flavors
Ingredients
- 250 gr butter
- 160 gr sugar flour
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp SKM
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
Sieve
- 220 gr low pro flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Chocolate Layer
- 10 gr cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp full powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp hot water
- 1/2 tsp roasted rum (can skip)
- Mix and stir well the 4 ingredients
Orange Layers
- 1/2 tsp Orange Crush Paste or color according to taste
How to make
- 1. Mixer butter and sugar flour until white and soft.
- 2. Enter 1 egg, mixer on high speed until homogeneously mixed then add the next 1 egg. Do it until it runs out.
- 3. Add the SKM and vanilla, mix well on low speed.
- 4. Enter the flour mixture gradually while the mixer on low speed until it runs out.
- 5. Take out 1/4 of the dough into a bowl and add the chocolate paste and another 1/4 of the dough into another bowl and add the orange paste. Stir well.
- 6. Pour the chocolate mixture into a 20x20x7cm square tin that has been smeared with margarine and lined with baking paper, smooth and beat. Pour the orange mixture, flatten and beat. Pour the remaining 2/4 of the white dough, flatten and beat.
- 7. Bake in VICTORIA PREMIUM OVEN, top temperature 150 C and bottom temperature 170 C for 35 minutes or until cooked.
