Ingredients

  • 150 gr wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp stock powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 500 ml thin coconut milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Addition:
  • 2 pcs carrots, grated or grated using a cheese grater
  • 4 pcs sausage, cut into small dice
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced

How to make

  • * Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the coconut milk little by little while stirring, until smooth and smooth
  • * Add eggs and oil, mix well, then strain
  • * Add sausage pieces, carrots and scallions (leave a little for topping), mix well
  • * Heat the mud cake mold / snack maker, grease with oil. Pour the dough until it is full, cover briefly until the edges begin to dry. Open the lid, add the topping, then close again until the cake is cooked. Lift, serve
