Red Velvet Cobweb Cake Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp wheat flour
  • 5 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp red velvet paste
  • 120 ml liquid milk
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

How to Make Red Velvet Cobweb Cake

  • Combine eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla essence, then set aside.
  • Mix flour, cornstarch and rice flour. Make a hole in the middle, then pour the egg mixture while stirring.
  • Pour in the liquid milk and oil while continuing to stir until smooth. Then add the red velvet paste, mix well.
  • Prepare a bottle with a lid that has been perforated then put the dough into it or you can also use a plastic triangle.
  • Prepare a non-stick Teflon, turn on a medium low heat. Pour the mixture in a circular motion. Wait until cooked or slightly dry then roll up. Repeat until all the batter is used.
