Red Velvet Cobweb Cake Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp wheat flour
- 5 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 1/2 tsp red velvet paste
- 120 ml liquid milk
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
How to Make Red Velvet Cobweb Cake
- Combine eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla essence, then set aside.
- Mix flour, cornstarch and rice flour. Make a hole in the middle, then pour the egg mixture while stirring.
- Pour in the liquid milk and oil while continuing to stir until smooth. Then add the red velvet paste, mix well.
- Prepare a bottle with a lid that has been perforated then put the dough into it or you can also use a plastic triangle.
- Prepare a non-stick Teflon, turn on a medium low heat. Pour the mixture in a circular motion. Wait until cooked or slightly dry then roll up. Repeat until all the batter is used.
- Cobweb cake is ready to enjoy good luck
