Cheddar Cheese Cake
Material A
- 5 pieces of cheddar cheese
- 140 ml uht milk
- 50 grams of margarine
Material B
- 3 egg yolks
- 50 grams of wheat flour
Material C
- 3 egg whites
- 60 grams of sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- 1. Team ingredients A except margarine until the cheese is dissolved and smooth, turn off the stove, add margarine, stir well, strain until smooth.
- 2. While the nails are warm, add the ingredients B except the egg yolks, stir until well combined. Next add the egg yolks, mix again until smooth, set aside.
- 3. Mix egg whites and lemon juice until foamy, add sugar slowly, mix again until soft peaks.
- 7. Take a little egg white mixture, put it into the cheese mixture, mix well, then add the egg whites gradually, stir gently until homogeneous with a spatula
- 8. Put the dough into the pan. Tap it 3 times before entering the oven
- 9. Put in the oven, bake with the Au Bain Marie system using a temperature of 150 degrees for 60 minutes.
- 10. Remove the dough that has been cooked, then let it cool
