Chocolate Cut Cake Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Emulsifier
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 100 gr Low Protein Flour
- 15 gr Cocoa Powder
- 100 gr Margarine, melted
Toppings
- 150 gr Chocolate Meses
- 100 gr Butter Cream
- Chocoball to taste
How to Make Chocolate Cut Cake
- 1. Beat the eggs, emulsifier, sugar until fluffy white thick trail.
- 2. Enter the flour and cocoa powder by sifting, stir again with a spatula until blended.
- 3. Enter the melted margarine, stir back with a spatula until blended.
- 4. Pour the dough into a 20×20 cm square tin that has been smeared with thin margarine and lined with parchment paper. Gently tap the pan to remove any trapped air.
- 5. Bake at 180'C until cooked for 20 minutes. Don't forget to preheat the oven.
- 6. Once cooked, cool, spread with butter cream, sprinkle with meses and decorate with chocoballs.
