Chocolate Cut Cake Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Emulsifier
  • 100 gr granulated sugar
  • 100 gr Low Protein Flour
  • 15 gr Cocoa Powder
  • 100 gr Margarine, melted

Toppings

  • 150 gr Chocolate Meses
  • 100 gr Butter Cream
  • Chocoball to taste

How to Make Chocolate Cut Cake

  • 1. Beat the eggs, emulsifier, sugar until fluffy white thick trail.
  • 2. Enter the flour and cocoa powder by sifting, stir again with a spatula until blended.
  • 3. Enter the melted margarine, stir back with a spatula until blended.
  • 4. Pour the dough into a 20×20 cm square tin that has been smeared with thin margarine and lined with parchment paper. Gently tap the pan to remove any trapped air.
  • 5. Bake at 180'C until cooked for 20 minutes. Don't forget to preheat the oven.
  • 6. Once cooked, cool, spread with butter cream, sprinkle with meses and decorate with chocoballs.
