Ingredients

  • 50 gr margarine
  • 100 gr cold unsalted butter
  • 75 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 230 gr low protein flour
  • 20 gr maezena
  • 20 gr white milk powder
  • tsp baking powder @zeelandia_indonesia
  • Pasta/chocolate food coloring, green paste to taste

How to make

  • 1. Beat margarine, sugar, 3 minutes, add egg yolks, mix briefly
  • 2. Enter the flour, maezana, milk powder, baking powder that has been sifted, stir with a spatula until blended
  • 3. Divide the dough into 2, one part add the chocolate paste, one part the green paste, mix well
  • 4. Roll out thinly on green plastic, then put the green dough, slowly grind it, until it hits the green dough, then trim the edges of the dough, roll while compacting, store in the freezer 1-2 hours
  • 5. Slice thinly, hard, arrange in a baking dish
  • 6 oven with a low heat of 140 delci 20-25 minutes or until cooked
