1. Prepare a 15 cm diameter disassembly pan. Combine Oreos with melted butter, arrange on the bottom of the pan while pressing. Cool in the refrigerator.
2. Mix creamcheese, sweet thick & powdered sugar using a mixer for a minute, set aside. Beat the whipping cream until slightly thickened, then add the melted dcc, mix well, then add it to the creamcheese mixture, mix well. Pour into the tin (over the Oreo layer), place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
3. Make ganache: mix whipping cream & DCC, then team over low heat until DCC melts, remove from heat. Add butter, stir. Wait until slightly cool then pour over the creamcheese layer. Place in the refrigerator again until completely set.
