Ingredients Chocomania Crust

  • 120 gr chocomania peanut chocochips cookies
  • 50 gr margarine, melt.

Pudding Ingredients

  • 100 gr of cheese
  • 1 sachet agar – agar plain @ 7 gr
  • 110 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 600 ml full cream liquid milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Sufficient amount of yellow coloring.

Toppings

  • Buttercream
  • Chocomania peanut chocochips cookies

How to Make Crust

  • 1. Puree chocomania then add melted margarine, mix well.
  • 2. Pour into a round pan with a diameter of 16 cm, flatten it while pressing down. Store in the refrigerator until hardened.

How to Make Pudding

  • 1. Blend cheese, agar - agar, sugar, liquid milk, and vanilla paste until smooth.
  • 2. Pour into the pan, then cook until it starts to steam, add the egg yolks, mix well. Add yellow coloring, stir.
  • 3. Cook until boiling. Remove and let the steam dissipate. Then pour a little over the crust, arrange the chocomania on the edge of the pan, then pour the dough again.
  • 4. Refrigerate until set.
  • 5. Remove from pan and decorate with toppings.
