113 gr unsalted butter (room temperature) I used blueband cake and cookies because I ran out of butter
165 gr light brown sugar (I used regular palm sugar, not light)
50 gr sugar
1 large chicken egg
1-2 tsp vanilla vanilla paste
270 gr choco chips (this seems to be mostly so it's a bit sweet so you can reduce it according to taste)
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Sift dry ingredients mix together, set aside
mix the wet ingredients one by one while beating with a whisk (if the source is on a low speed mixer, just mix it for a while)
mix dry and wet mixture, mix well, add choco chips, stir again until smooth using a spatula
pour into a 22cm diameter round pan, the baking sheet must be lined with parchment paper and lightly spread with butter, press down so that the cookie dough is evenly distributed.
oven 25 minutes up and down 180 degrees
after it's cooked, wait for the cookies to cool a bit, then take them out of the pan
decorate cookies according to taste, I just decorated them with buttercream, the brown one I added mocca paste and a little chocolate coloring
