Dry Ingredients

  • 210 gr all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet Material

  • 113 gr unsalted butter (room temperature) I used blueband cake and cookies because I ran out of butter
  • 165 gr light brown sugar (I used regular palm sugar, not light)
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 1 large chicken egg
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla vanilla paste
  • 270 gr choco chips (this seems to be mostly so it's a bit sweet so you can reduce it according to taste)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes
  • Sift dry ingredients mix together, set aside
  • mix the wet ingredients one by one while beating with a whisk (if the source is on a low speed mixer, just mix it for a while)
  • mix dry and wet mixture, mix well, add choco chips, stir again until smooth using a spatula
  • pour into a 22cm diameter round pan, the baking sheet must be lined with parchment paper and lightly spread with butter, press down so that the cookie dough is evenly distributed.
  • oven 25 minutes up and down 180 degrees
  • after it's cooked, wait for the cookies to cool a bit, then take them out of the pan
  • decorate cookies according to taste, I just decorated them with buttercream, the brown one I added mocca paste and a little chocolate coloring
