Coconut Unti Yellow Glutinous Ingredients

  • 500 gr glutinous rice
  • 220 ml coconut milk
  • 2 thumbs of turmeric, grated, squeeze the water
  • 2 pandan leaves, torn the knot
  • Salt to taste

Coconut Unti

  • 200 gr coconut half old, grated lengthwise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 150 gr brown sugar, comb
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 pandan leaves, torn, tie a knot

How to Make Coconut Unti Yellow Glutinous

  • 1. Soak the glutinous rice for 2 hours. Wash and drain. Steam the sticky rice and pandan leaves for 15 minutes. Lift, put the sticky rice in a container.
  • 2. Boil 220 ml of coconut milk, water, turmeric juice, salt and pandan leaves until it boils while stirring. Lift.
  • 3. Pour the coconut milk into the sticky rice, stir until the coconut milk is completely absorbed and then steam the glutinous rice again for 30 minutes until cooked.
  • 4. Unti coconut: Cook coconut, brown sugar, salt, water and pandan leaves over medium heat. Cook until the water runs out. Turn off the fire. Unit is ready to use.
  • 5. Print the yellow sticky rice with small prints. Put coconut strands on top, serve.
