How to make

  • * Dissolve fibercreme with warm water, set aside
  • * Cook the sugar with water until it becomes caramel, pour the fibercreme solution slowly, stir until evenly dissolved
  • * add sliced ​​ginger, cook over low heat until it turns brown
  • * cool, put in a jar
  • * cook all ingredients until boiling
  • * Pour into the mold, let it set
  • * serve with ginger caramel sauce

  • 4g agar powder
  • 500 ml water
  • 50 gr fiber cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (because the ginger caramel is already sweet so the pudding is better not too sweet)
