Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 gr low protein flour
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla powder
  • 20 gr milk powder
  • 75 gr melted butter/margarine
  • Buttercream to taste

Topping (according to taste)

  • Me Cheese And Chocochips

How to make

  • 1. Put the eggs into the container, add sugar, sp, vanilla powder, mixer at high speed until the dough is thick and trailing (dough doesn't fall when the mixer is lifted)
  • 3. Add flour and milk powder
  • 4. Mix again on low speed until the flour is evenly mixed
  • 5. Finally, add the melted butter and mix again on low speed until the butter is evenly mixed
  • 6. Pour the dough into a 20×20 sized pan that has been smeared with margarine and lined with baking paper
  • 7. Flatten then tap to release the air in the dough
  • 8. Oven with a temperature of 180 until cooked
  • 9. After the cake is cold, spread it with butter cream and decorate it according to your taste
