Ingredients

  • 300 ml egg white
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 150 gr powdered sugar
  • 150 gr wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 60 ml liquid milk
  • 30 ml of oil
  • Vanilla Pasta
  • Yellow, red and green coloring.

How to make

  • 1. Beat egg whites, SP and salt until foamy, add powdered sugar gradually until the dough is thick (not stiff).
  • 2. Gradually add flour on medium speed until well blended.
  • 3. Mix the oil and milk, then pour into the mixture, stirring with a spatula until blended.
  • 4. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, give yellow, red and green coloring.
  • 5. Pour the yellow mixture, steam for 7 minutes (low heat). Then overwrite the green dough, steam for 7 minutes and the red dough, steam again for 20 minutes / cooked. Lift.
  • 6. Wait for it to cool, cut into pieces and ready to serve.
