1. Beat egg whites, SP and salt until foamy, add powdered sugar gradually until the dough is thick (not stiff).
2. Gradually add flour on medium speed until well blended.
3. Mix the oil and milk, then pour into the mixture, stirring with a spatula until blended.
4. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, give yellow, red and green coloring.
5. Pour the yellow mixture, steam for 7 minutes (low heat). Then overwrite the green dough, steam for 7 minutes and the red dough, steam again for 20 minutes / cooked. Lift.
6. Wait for it to cool, cut into pieces and ready to serve.
