Butter Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 100 gr butter (room temperature)
  • 100 gr margarine (room temperature)
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 175 gr Blue Key flour (sifted)
  • 1 sachet dancow milk powder (27gr)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 100 gr grated cheese

How to make

  • 1. Mixer butter, margarine, and sugar on high speed until soft white.
  • 2. Enter the eggs one by one while continuing in the mixer (give distance, if the eggs have disappeared then add the next one)
  • 3. Enter the flour, milk powder, vanilla, salt. Mix on the lowest speed until well blended, turn off the mixer.
  • 4. Preheat the oven to 180C
  • 5. Enter the cheese into the dough, stir with a spatula then pour the dough into the 20cm diameter tulban, pound it to let the air out
  • 6. Oven at 180C for 20 minutes, lower to 170, bake for 10 minutes, lower to 150C, bake for 20 minutes or adjust to individual oven temperatures. (Do a toothpick test)
