Butter Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 100 gr butter (room temperature)
- 100 gr margarine (room temperature)
- 150 gr sugar
- 4 eggs
- 175 gr Blue Key flour (sifted)
- 1 sachet dancow milk powder (27gr)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100 gr grated cheese
How to make
- 1. Mixer butter, margarine, and sugar on high speed until soft white.
- 2. Enter the eggs one by one while continuing in the mixer (give distance, if the eggs have disappeared then add the next one)
- 3. Enter the flour, milk powder, vanilla, salt. Mix on the lowest speed until well blended, turn off the mixer.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 180C
- 5. Enter the cheese into the dough, stir with a spatula then pour the dough into the 20cm diameter tulban, pound it to let the air out
- 6. Oven at 180C for 20 minutes, lower to 170, bake for 10 minutes, lower to 150C, bake for 20 minutes or adjust to individual oven temperatures. (Do a toothpick test)
