1. Mixer butter, margarine, and sugar on high speed until soft white.

6. Oven at 180C for 20 minutes, lower to 170, bake for 10 minutes, lower to 150C, bake for 20 minutes or adjust to individual oven temperatures. (Do a toothpick test)
