Prunes Roll Cake Ingredients

  • 14 Egg Yolks
  • 1 whole egg

  • 50 gr low protein flour
  • 10 g cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 150 gr blue band melt

How to Make Prunes Roll Cake

  • 1. Mix the egg sugar until thick. Lower the speed of the mixer then add the sifted flour, cornstarch and milk powder.
  • 2.Mixer on speed 1 until smooth. Add vanilla extract and melted butter and mix with a spatula.
  • 3. Pour a 26×26 tin that has been lined with baking paper, then beat it so that the air bubbles come out. Then arrange the prunes on top
  • 4.Oven with fire above 150 c and lower heat 160 c for 25-25 minutes.until cooked.
  • 5. After a little cold spread the jam and then roll it up.
