Prunes Roll Cake Ingredients
- 14 Egg Yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 80 gr sugar
- 50 gr low protein flour
- 10 g cornstarch
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 150 gr blue band melt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Prunes to taste
- Enough Strawberry Jam for Spread
How to Make Prunes Roll Cake
- 1. Mix the egg sugar until thick. Lower the speed of the mixer then add the sifted flour, cornstarch and milk powder.
- 2.Mixer on speed 1 until smooth. Add vanilla extract and melted butter and mix with a spatula.
- 3. Pour a 26×26 tin that has been lined with baking paper, then beat it so that the air bubbles come out. Then arrange the prunes on top
- 4.Oven with fire above 150 c and lower heat 160 c for 25-25 minutes.until cooked.
- 5. After a little cold spread the jam and then roll it up.
