Cake Ingredients

  • 8 egg yolks
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 120 gr sugar (me 100 gr)
  • 60 gr wheat flour (me 50 flour 10 cornstarch)
  • 150 gr melted butter/75 blueband 75 Wysman
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to make

  • - Grease a 20 x 20 tin with margarine on the bottom with parchment paper
  • -heat the oven to 160°C on top and bottom (adjust each oven)
  • -Mix eggs, sugar until white, thick and traces
  • Add the sifted flour gradually, mix well with a spatula until smooth
  • -Add melted butter and mix well with a spatula
  • - Enter the vanilla extract, mix well then pour into the pan, bake for about 40 minutes or until cooked
  • -mix cream cheese until soft, add vanilla extract, mix well, set aside
  • -mix the whipping cream then add the sugar and mix until stiff (don't over-mix)
  • -mix cream cheese and whipping cream, mix well then mix briefly on low speed (as long as it's smooth)

Ingredients for Strawberry Jam

  • 100 gr fresh strawberries freeze first
  • 75g sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

The method

  • -Cook frozen strawberries in a saucepan over medium heat until soft then add sugar
  • -Cook until everything dissolves and becomes one (not too thick) then add the lemon juice, mix well and turn off the heat

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • -225 gr cream cheese
  • -360 ml of liquid whipping cream
  • -150 gr sugar in a blender
  • -1 tbsp vanilla extract

Solution

  • -take it into 2 parts, spread with jam and then add frosting overwrite it with cake again then spread evenly with frosting cut into pieces then put frosting on top and top with strawberry and jam
