Materials

  • 100 gr butter
  • 50 gr margarine
  • 120 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 225 gr low protein flour
  • 20 gr milk powder
  • 20 gr cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (me: double acting baking powder)
  • Strawberry jam, put it in a piping bag
  • Roasted peanuts, chopped

How to make

  • 1. Beat butter, margarine, powdered sugar until pale, add egg yolks, beat well.
  • 2. Enter the flour, cornstarch, milk powder, BP, mix well using a spatula.
  • 3. Round the dough weighing 9-10 grams, dip in egg white, then roll in peanuts.
  • 4. Place on a baking sheet, press lightly with your palm, then make a hole in the middle with your thumb.
  • 5. Fill the middle with filling.
  • 6. Oven 150⁰ C until cooked, adjust the temperature of each oven.
