Brown Sugar Green Tray
Material A
- 60 gr Rose Brand rice flour
- 60gr Rose Brand tapioca flour
- 200 ml thick coconut milk Rose Brand
- 50 ml water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 125 gr palm sugar (one piece)
- 2 pandan leaves
Material B
- 60 gr Rose Brand rice flour
- 200 ml thick coconut milk Rose Brand
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp pandan deposit
- 1 tsp whiting water
How to make a brown sugar green tray
- 1 prepare a greased mold with oil and prepare the steamer
- 2 ingredients A: in a saucepan, add pandan leaves, sugar, brown sugar, thick coconut milk and cook until the sugar dissolves and then strain.
- 3 Then add the rice flour and tapioca flour, mix well and then strain
- 4 Ingredients B: stir all ingredients until smooth then strain
- 5 Pour the mold material A 1/2 mold then steam for 10 minutes then pour ingredient B on top and then steam for 15 minutes
