Material A

  • 60 gr Rose Brand rice flour
  • 60gr Rose Brand tapioca flour
  • 200 ml thick coconut milk Rose Brand
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 125 gr palm sugar (one piece)
  • 2 pandan leaves

Material B

  • 60 gr Rose Brand rice flour
  • 200 ml thick coconut milk Rose Brand
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp pandan deposit
  • 1 tsp whiting water

How to make a brown sugar green tray

  • 1 prepare a greased mold with oil and prepare the steamer
  • 2 ingredients A: in a saucepan, add pandan leaves, sugar, brown sugar, thick coconut milk and cook until the sugar dissolves and then strain.
  • 3 Then add the rice flour and tapioca flour, mix well and then strain
