Ingredient A (On Team, Melt)

  • 180gr white chocolate
  • 115 gr butter

Material B

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 80gr granulated sugar (original recipe 100gr)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla paste

Ingredients C (Sifter)

  • 125gr Medium Wheat Flour

How to make

  • 1. Melt ingredient A in a team way. Then cool to room temperature
  • 2. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla paste with just a few wihks until the sugar dissolves. No need to expand.
  • 3. Then add in the cooled ingredient A at room temperature, stir until everything is well mixed.
  • 4. Then add the flour and stir until everything is well mixed. Don't stir it too hard.
  • 5. Put the dough into the cupcake container then add the Strawberry jam and mix well with a toothpick.
  • 6. Oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes on top and bottom or adjust your oven accordingly. (The oven has been preheated before) ready to serve
