Chocolate Soes Fla
Choux Material
- 150 gr medium protein flour
- 150 gr butter/margarine
- 300 ml milk (can be mixed with water 1:1)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 whole eggs
- - Bring milk, butter, sugar & salt to a boil.. reduce heat then add flour, stir quickly until smooth and not sticky
- - after it cools a bit, add the eggs one by one, can be beaten with a whisk, I use a mixer with a beater to mix it.
- - put a piping bag and then spray on a baking sheet that has been greased with butter
- - bake on high heat at 200°c fire up and down for 30 minutes, after it expands and the foam disappears, reduce the heat.. wait until browned then remove
Chocolate Flavor Ingredients
- 150 gr dark chocolate cut into 2 (can be replaced 3-4 tablespoons cocoa powder)
- 500 ml liquid milk
- 130 gr sugar
- 30 gr cornstarch
- 20 gr flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract @goodvanilla.id
Fla material
- - mix all ingredients except vanilla, stir until thickened and bubbly then add vanilla
- -Once cool, cover with wrap and store in the refrigerator
- -after cold ready to use
