Sentiling Ingredients (Rainbow Cassava Satay)

  • 1 kg cassava, grated
  • 140 gr sugar
  • 1 bks gelatin plain
  • 2 sachets of sweet thick @cap_enaak
  • 1 btr old grated coconut
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Sufficient food coloring

How to Make Sentiling (Rainbow Cassava Satay)

  • * Set aside 200gr of grated coconut to mix into the mixture, steam the rest with a little salt for 15 minutes. set aside
  • * mix sugar with agar powder, mix well. Then mix it with grated cassava, thick sweet @cap_enaak
  • Also the 200gr grated coconut, stir until smooth. Taste test.
  • * divide and weigh into 5 bowls, put food coloring in each bowl.
  • * rounded with a weight of 10gr
  • * steamed until cooked
  • * Remove, coat with steamed grated coconut, then stick a skewer of each 5 colors in a row.
  • Notes:
  • * if the cassava is too runny, just squeeze it, don't let it dry so that the results won't be hard
  • * The dough is a bit mushy, but when it's cooked it will be solid.
