Fluffy Waffles
Ingredients
- 180 gr wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 250 ml liquid milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 90 gr margarine
Putel dough
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 4 tbsp sugar
How to make
- 1. Mix all ingredients, mix well until smooth and no lumps, set aside.
- 2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites, lime juice until foamy, gradually add the sugar. Beat until soft peaks.
- 3. Gradually mix the putel ingredients into the yellow mixture, stirring with a spatula.
- 4. Heat the Waffle Marker mold (a sign that the mold is hot, the green light will turn off) pour enough dough, let it rest for a while and close the mold.
- 5. Wait a while until the green light goes out (a sign the cake is cooked), open the lid of the mold and remove it.
- 6. Ready to serve with toppings according to taste.
