Ingredients

  • 180 gr wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 250 ml liquid milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 90 gr margarine

Putel dough

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tbsp sugar

How to make

  • 1. Mix all ingredients, mix well until smooth and no lumps, set aside.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites, lime juice until foamy, gradually add the sugar. Beat until soft peaks.
  • 3. Gradually mix the putel ingredients into the yellow mixture, stirring with a spatula.
  • 4. Heat the Waffle Marker mold (a sign that the mold is hot, the green light will turn off) pour enough dough, let it rest for a while and close the mold.
  • 5. Wait a while until the green light goes out (a sign the cake is cooked), open the lid of the mold and remove it.
  • 6. Ready to serve with toppings according to taste.
