Gabin Tape Cheese Ingredients
- 1 pack of gabin biscuits without sugar
- 500 gr cooked cassava tape, remove the wick
- 4 tbsp white sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, the sweetness adjusts to the doneness of the tape
- 100 gr grated cheese
- 2 tbsp Munjung all-purpose flour
- Cooking oil
How to Make Cheese Gabin Tape
- 1. Smooth the tape using a fork then add the sweetened condensed milk, sugar, flour, cheese, stir until smooth, while adjusting the taste
- 2. Prepare gabin biscuits, take them with a small spoon/spatula, flatten then stack with other gabins. Filling is approximately 40 gr, trim the sides
- 3. Heat the oil, use medium heat, which tends to be low, fry the gabin for a while, just turn it over once. Lift and drain
