Gabin Tape Cheese Ingredients

  • 1 pack of gabin biscuits without sugar
  • 500 gr cooked cassava tape, remove the wick
  • 4 tbsp white sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, the sweetness adjusts to the doneness of the tape
  • 100 gr grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp Munjung all-purpose flour
  • Cooking oil

How to Make Cheese Gabin Tape

  • 1. Smooth the tape using a fork then add the sweetened condensed milk, sugar, flour, cheese, stir until smooth, while adjusting the taste
  • 2. Prepare gabin biscuits, take them with a small spoon/spatula, flatten then stack with other gabins. Filling is approximately 40 gr, trim the sides
  • 3. Heat the oil, use medium heat, which tends to be low, fry the gabin for a while, just turn it over once. Lift and drain
