Garlic Bagelen Ingredients

  • 6 Sheets of Bread

Spread

  • 25 gr Butter
  • 25 gr Margarine
  • 3 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley

Sprinkled

  • Sugar to taste

How to Make Garlic Bagelen

  • 1. Cut the white bread according to taste.
  • 2. Mix all the ingredients for the spread, mix well.
  • 3. Grease all the bread that has been cut. Some sprinkle with granulated sugar (for a sweet and savory taste). Adjust to taste, if you like savory all the sugar, please skip it.
  • 4. Bake at 120'C for 50-60 minutes or until the bread is completely dry.

Note

  • We recommend using white bread that is a bit dry, not new white bread that is still soft.
