Material 1

  • 150 gr Margarine
  • 175 gr Butter
  • 35 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk

Material 2

  • 28 egg yolks
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 175 gr powdered sugar (sugar in powder)

Material 3

  • 25 gr wheat flour
  • 20 gr milk powder
  • 10 gr Spikoek powder
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese

How to Make Lapis Legit Spikoek Cheese

  • Use a tin uk 18x18x7 cm
  • 1 Mixer butter, margarine and milk until creamy and fluffy, set aside
  • 2 egg mixers, sugar until thick and fluffy
  • 3 Sift all ingredients 3 then add and mix together ingredients 2 until well mixed
  • 4 Then combine ingredients 1 & egg mixture, mix well
  • 5 Take a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, then weigh the dough and flatten it on a baking sheet, bake it on top and bottom for 4-5 minutes at 165c
  • 6 Then place the 2nd layer on the middle shelf, and use only the top temperature at 150c
  • 7 Do it until the last hbs dough is sprinkled with cheddardi cheese on top, bake until golden brown
