Ingredients

  • 200 gr Medium Protein Flour
  • 200 ml Liquid Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Instant Yeast

Toppings

  • Collins Dip Glaze Strawberry
  • Chocochips to taste

How to make

  • 1. Mix flour, sugar, instant yeast, mix well, then add liquid milk, mix well with a spatula. Leave the dough for 30 minutes until it rises.
  • 2. Stir the dough briefly with a spatula to remove air from the dough. Put the dough in a plastic triangle.
  • 3. Heat the oil, put the dough into the frying pan, cut it using scissors (dip the scissors in the oil first so they don't stick).
  • 4. Fry until golden brown.
  • 5. After cooling, top it with dip glaze and chocochips as you like.
