Material I

  • 310 gr butter mix margarine
  • 210 gr powdered sugar
  • 9 egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 175 gr blue key flour
  • 40 gr powdered milk

Ingredient II (Stir well)

  • 60 gr black glutinous rice flour
  • 1 tsp charcoal
  • Small pinch of vanilla powder

How to make

  • 1. Mixer butter, margarine, and powdered sugar until fluffy and pale. Add the egg yolks one at a time while continuing to mix until well combined. Add vanilla paste, mix well.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites, lemon juice, and salt until soft peaks.
  • 3. Enter the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture. Stir with a spatula until well blended.
  • 4. Separate 1/4 of the dough, put Ingredients II into it. Fold until smooth. And for the rest (3/4 part again), add the flour and milk while sifting, fold well until blended.
  • 5. Put the dough into a pan that has been smeared with Carlo thinly, make a motif according to taste.
  • 6. For skinless results: Bake using top and bottom heat for the first 15 minutes at 170 then lower to 160, keep on top and bottom for 35-40 minutes or bake until cooked (according to your respective oven).
