Mini Oreo Cheese Cake
Biscuit Base Ingredients
- 154 gr oreos (16 pieces)
- 35 g butter, melted
Cream Ingredients
- 80 gr #WhipTopp @haanprofessional
- 200 ml cold liquid milk
- 240 gr cream cheese
- 50 gr sugar (sweet according to taste)
- 12 gr cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp rum (optional)
Toppings
- Chocolate jam (recipe click #VIANNEYLIM_jam)
- Oreo crumb, from 1 crushed Oreo biscuit.
- The rest of the cream dough.
How to make
- 1. Crush the oreo biscuits until smooth. Mix with melted butter, mix well.
- 2. Put enough into the muffin tin / cup, compact.
- 3. In a bowl, stir creamcheese until soft, add Haan WhipTopp, sugar, cocoa powder and rhum. Pour cold liquid milk.
- 4. Mixer on high speed until fluffy. Put it in a piping bag, spray it over the oreo base until it's as high as the cup. Smooth the surface. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- 5. Remove from the freezer, spread the chocolate jam on top of the cream then sprinkle the remaining cream on top of the chocolate jam, sprinkle with the oreo crumb and give the oreo pieces to make it look prettier. Good luck
