Material of Mini Wool Roll Bread

  • 300 gr high protein flour
  • 60 gr sugar
  • 5 g yeast
  • 15 grams of powdered milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 80 ml cold liquid milk
  • 80 ml cold water
  • 45 gr butter
  • 3 g salt

How to Make Mini Wool Roll Bread

  • 1. Mix all the mixer ingredients until half smooth, add butter and salt, mix again until elastic, check the windowpane
  • 2. Divide the dough into 12pc @ 50gr, round the lid with cloth or plastic wrap, rest 1 hour until it expands
  • 3. Flatten the dough lengthwise, fill with chocolate jam, fold and shape, arrange on a baking sheet (previously the baking sheet has been greased with oil), 1 pan filled with 2pc, do it until it's finished so you get a total of 6 pans
  • 4. Proffing lg 45-60 minutes until it doubles in size
  • 5. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees fire up and down
  • 6. Before entering the oven, smeared with liquid milk on top then oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees or until cooked (adjust according to your respective oven)
  • 7. Once cooked, remove from the tin and spread butter on it
