  • 1/2 pc grated coconut
  • 10 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 stick cinnamon
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 slices of ginger (2 pandan leaves if you don't like ginger)
  • pinch of salt

Method

  • Put all the ingredients in a skillet then cook until cooked, use a rather small fire. Mom likes it a bit wet, adjust to taste well
  • 1. Prepare a container, pour the mixture of coconut milk, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
  • 2. Pour the coconut milk into the flour while stirring until there are no lumps, add the mocha flavoring, mix well then strain
  • 3. Spread the teplon with a thin layer of oil until it is hot, then pour the dough with 1 spoon of vegetables while tilting it quickly so that the dough is thin.
  • 4. Wait for the wet dough to dry then remove the contents with unti ingredients. Roll once then bend left and right then roll again until neat. Serve

  • 200 gr wheat flour
  • 450 ml thin coconut milk (65 ml thick coconut milk 450 ml water)
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mocha-flavored food coloring (can be in other colors according to taste)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
