Moka Roll Omelet
Unti Bahan
- 1/2 pc grated coconut
- 10 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 stick cinnamon
- 100 ml water
- 2 slices of ginger (2 pandan leaves if you don't like ginger)
- pinch of salt
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a skillet then cook until cooked, use a rather small fire. Mom likes it a bit wet, adjust to taste well
- 1. Prepare a container, pour the mixture of coconut milk, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
- 2. Pour the coconut milk into the flour while stirring until there are no lumps, add the mocha flavoring, mix well then strain
- 3. Spread the teplon with a thin layer of oil until it is hot, then pour the dough with 1 spoon of vegetables while tilting it quickly so that the dough is thin.
- 4. Wait for the wet dough to dry then remove the contents with unti ingredients. Roll once then bend left and right then roll again until neat. Serve

- 200 gr wheat flour
- 450 ml thin coconut milk (65 ml thick coconut milk 450 ml water)
- pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp mocha-flavored food coloring (can be in other colors according to taste)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
