Chicken Donut Ingredients

  • 200 gr potatoes (cut into 2, boil until soft)
  • 200 g boneless chicken (cut into pieces)
  • 2 pieces of garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 scallions
  • 3 tbsp bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock/flavour
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Dressing Material

  • Sufficient cornstarch
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Sufficient bread flour

How to Make Chicken Donuts

  • 1. Puree all donut ingredients using a chopper/blender. Put it in plastic, cut the ends. Print in the form of a ring like a donut. Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  • 2. Once firm, coat with the ingredients (corn flour - egg - bread flour), then fry on medium heat until golden. Remove, serve with chili sauce or mayonnaise.
