Sponge Cake Ingredients
- 10 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 100 gr sugar
- 10 g SP
- 80 gr low protein flour
- 10 gr cornstarch
- 10 grams of powdered milk (me: a pack of sachets)
- 100 gr butter (melted)
- Chocolate paste
- Pandan paste
- Vanilla paste
How to Make Sponge Cake
- mix on high speed eggs+sugar+sp 15 minutes, reduce low speed add flour and milk, turn off the mixer, add melted butter, mix well, divide the dough into 3 parts, add pandan paste, chocolate and vanilla to taste, mix well, put in a greased 18cm pan myk and lined with baking paper oven at 180 degrees 30 minutes
Buttercream Recipe
- 500 gr white butter
- 100 gr soft cream (Hollman)
- 100 ml simple syrup
- 120 ml SKM
How to make buttercream
- Beat the Butter and Soft Cream at high speed for 15 minutes, enter the simple syrup and skm, beat again for 15 minutes, the mixer must be at least 30 minutes
Simple Syrup Recipe
- Sugar and water 1:1 composition, cook on low heat slightly thickens 10 minutes, let cool ready to use
