Old Pandan Sponge

Ingredients

  • 11 egg yolks
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 90 gr sugar
  • 60 gr low protein flour
  • 10 g cornstarch
  • 10 grams of powdered milk
  • 125 gr melted butter
  • 1 tbsp pandan deposit

The method

  • 1.Mixer eggs and sugar until thick, then add flour, cornstarch and milk powder mixer until smooth
  • 2. Enter the melted butter and pandan deposits gradually into the mixture, mix well using a spatula.
  • 3. Pour into a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper.
  • 4. Bake with a temperature of 160c fire up and down (adjust to each oven)
  • 5.Once cold, spread butter cream and sprinkle with meses ceres then cut according to taste.
