Ingredients

  • 500 gr cassava, cleaned and grated
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Ripe bananas (plantain, banana kepok)
  • Dye
  • Banana leaf
  • Grated coconut half old, steamed with 1 pandan leaf tied for 15 minutes.

How to make

  • 1. Mix grated cassava, sugar and salt
  • 2. Divide the dough into several parts then add coloring (according to taste).
  • 3. Take a piece of banana leaf then take the dough of each color, arrange it on a banana leaf, place the banana on it, roll it up like rice cake. Do it until the dough runs out.
  • 4. Steam for 25 minutes.
  • 5. Serve with grated coconut.
