Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 100 gr wheat flour
  • 35 ml cooking oil
  • 65 gr instant coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp sp
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Mocha pasta to taste
  • Chocolate paste to taste

How to make

  • 1. Mixer eggs, sugar, sp with high speed until pale white and thick with traces
  • 2. Enter the sifted flour and baking powder, then stir gently with a spatula until blended
  • 3. Add coconut milk, mix well, then add cooking oil, stir again slowly
  • 4. Divide the dough into 3 parts.. one leave it white, one put moca paste, and the other put chocolate paste
  • 5. Grease the mold with margarine/oil.. pour the mixture alternately (white, brown, moca)
  • 6. Steam for 15 minutes on a low flame
