Mini Tiramisu Steamed Sponge
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- 100 gr wheat flour
- 35 ml cooking oil
- 65 gr instant coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp sp
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Mocha pasta to taste
- Chocolate paste to taste
How to make
- 1. Mixer eggs, sugar, sp with high speed until pale white and thick with traces
- 2. Enter the sifted flour and baking powder, then stir gently with a spatula until blended
- 3. Add coconut milk, mix well, then add cooking oil, stir again slowly
- 4. Divide the dough into 3 parts.. one leave it white, one put moca paste, and the other put chocolate paste
- 5. Grease the mold with margarine/oil.. pour the mixture alternately (white, brown, moca)
- 6. Steam for 15 minutes on a low flame
- Small, The steamer is preheated,
- Once cooked, remove the dough from the mold.
