Ingredients

  • 80 gr cold liquid milk
  • 3 g salt
  • 24 gr butter
  • smoked beef according to taste
  • cheese slices according to taste (I used anchor cheese slices)

How to cook

  • 1. Mix ingredients except salt and butter, knead until half smooth

  • 4. Roll out, form a square, sprinkle with smoked beef and sliced ​​cheese.
  • 5. Roll up neatly, split in 2, wrap
  • 6. Put it in a toast pan that has been lined with baking paper
  • 7. Let stand until it expands to the size of a toast pan, brush with eggwash (egg yolk mixed with a little milk)
  • 8. Oven at 150/180 for 30 minutes or adjust the oven respectively
