Ingredients

  • 30gr sweet chocolate (me: Intense Dark Compound @vanhoutenprofessional.id )
  • 20gr unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 60gr granulated sugar
  • 50gr cake flour
  • 10gr ground almonds
  • 5gr cocoa powder

How to make

  • melt chocolate and butter, set aside
  • beat the eggs and sugar until thick and white with a high speed mixer
  • Add the sifted dry ingredients first, mix with a spatula.
  • Enter the melted chocolate and butter, stir again until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the cupcake paper until it's full.
  • Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven at 150-160°C for 15-20 minutes.

Filling Material

  • 170gr semi sweet chocolate (me: Milk Compound @vanhoutenprofessional.id)
  • 120gr cream
  • 1-2 tbsp cocoa liquer (optional, me: skip)

Chocolate Cream Ingredients

  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 80gr sweet chocolate (me: Milk Compound @vanhoutenprofessional.id)

Toppings

  • Grate Intense Dark Compound @vanhoutenprofessional.id
