Triple Chocolate Cupcake
Ingredients
- 30gr sweet chocolate (me: Intense Dark Compound @vanhoutenprofessional.id )
- 20gr unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 60gr granulated sugar
- 50gr cake flour
- 10gr ground almonds
- 5gr cocoa powder
How to make
- melt chocolate and butter, set aside
- beat the eggs and sugar until thick and white with a high speed mixer
- Add the sifted dry ingredients first, mix with a spatula.
- Enter the melted chocolate and butter, stir again until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake paper until it's full.
- Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven at 150-160°C for 15-20 minutes.
Filling Material
- 170gr semi sweet chocolate (me: Milk Compound @vanhoutenprofessional.id)
- 120gr cream
- 1-2 tbsp cocoa liquer (optional, me: skip)

- 200ml heavy cream
- 80gr sweet chocolate (me: Milk Compound @vanhoutenprofessional.id)
