Ingredients Banana Bread (No Mixer, No Milk)

  • 300 gr High Protein Flour
  • 50 gr Medium Protein Flour
  • 5 gr Instant Yeast
  • 2 Ripe Bananas (about 250 gr)
  • 30 gr sugar
  • 30 gr Melted Butter
  • 1 egg
  • 50 gr Raisins

Spread

  • Liquid Milk and Margarine / butter to taste

How to Make Banana Bread (No Mixer, No Milk)

  • 1. Mash the bananas using a fork, add sugar, instant yeast and melted butter, mix well.
  • 2. Add eggs and raisins, mix well.
  • 3. Enter the flour, mix well. Knead by hand as long as it's smooth, it doesn't need to be smooth (if the dough is too dry, you can add a little water, the consistency is affected by the softness of the banana). Rest the dough 60 minutes until it rises.
  • 4. Deflate the dough, divide into 16 parts then round each dough.
  • 5. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been smeared with thin margarine, rest 60 minutes until it expands.
  • 6. Brush the surface of the bread with liquid milk, oven at 180'C for 20-25 minutes.
  • 7. After coming out of the oven, immediately brush the surface with margarine or butter.
