Spaghetti Donuts
Ingredients
- 150 gr Lafonte spaghetti pasta @pastabisa . Boil until al dente. Drain and let warm.
- 2 eggs .
- 100 gr Lafonte bolognese sauce @pastabisa .
- 50 gr all-purpose flour.
- 50 gr grated cheese.
- 1 tsp oregano.
- Pepper powder + enough salt.
Dye
- 2 eggs. Shake loose.
- Coarse bread flour is enough.
How to make
- 1. Preheat the steamer first. Then prepare a mini tulban sponge cake tin with a diameter of 10 cm. Grease with a little margarine. Set aside.
- 2. Mix all the main ingredients, stir until smooth. Then arrange the spaghetti into a baking dish, then steam it until it's about 20-30 minutes. Remove and cool.
- 3. After cold. Get out of the setting. Then dip in beaten egg and roll in coarse breadcrumbs. Do it until finished. Then store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or 1 hour (spy the bread flour is more set).
- 4. Heat the cooking oil. Then fry the spaghetti donuts until cooked. Lift and drain kn. Serve with chili sauce and mayonnaise. .
