Steamed Brownies

Material A

  • 100 gr dark chocolate
  • 150 ml Vegetable oil
  • 50 gr Butter

Material B

  • 6 pcs Eggs
  • 1 tsp Sp
  • 180 gr sugar
  • A little vanilla

Material C

  • 130 grams of triangular flour
  • 40 gr cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • A little salt

Method

  • 1. Mix all ingredients A, then melt.
  • 2. Mix ingredients B on high speed until fluffy and white with traces.
  • 3. Sift all ingredients C.
  • 4. Combine the ingredients that have been sifted into the dough that has been in the mixer, mix well using a spatula, add little by little the melted chocolate, stir until completely blended.
  • 5. Prepare a round loaf pan, first remove the bulkhead and grease the bottom of the pan with margarine or parchment paper then pour the batter and beat, slowly insert the pan, press down to the bottom of the pan.
  • 6. Preheat the steamer and steam until cooked for 10-15 minutes.
